[PROMPT] Inclusive Design

Learning Environment

The world is currently changing, and everyone needs to have access to education regardless of the state. As a teacher, one should incorporate the needs of the learners’ despite their social class. Even though the biggest challenge is ensuring that the needs of the learners are meet is differentiating the instructions for a different class of learners. The differentiation of the level of the students can be based on urban-rural students or students leaving with disabilities.

Ensuring equity is essential in ensuring accessibility in the workforce. Therefore, the designers of learning activities must ensure that training and education have opportunities to provide all needs of learners are met. As a teacher, one needs to establish some actions that will ensure that the needs of the learners are met (Chen, & Huang, 2012). One of the strategies is to ensure that there is collaboration with colleagues. As a teacher, one can ensure that he or she is in a position to work with other teachers.

Additionally, I plan to ensure two-way communication between learners and me. The plan will ensure that the content given is in line with what the students and other stakeholders. Lastly, there is also a need to make plans on ways to ensure that learning is not affected by COVID 19 pandemic. Therefore, working at home remains to be the way to go as a measure to ensure that the learning process is not affected.

The students need to welcome the eLearning program that will ensure that learning is going on a planned. IT training will be essential for the students to embrace the use of the internet and computer. I will involve the guardians in the training process of how the learners can use computers and the internet (Huda, et al. 2018). Similarly, I am encouraging the graduate to assist their siblings with knowledge of computers and internet applications.

The eLearning program will be faced with the challenge of learning at home. Keeping in mind the numerous distractions that children face at home, the learning process will have its fair share of challenges. A majority of children will be affected emotionally due to lack of playing, and learning together will be affected. Therefore, I plan to have increased break times to allow the students to digest. Lastly, the learning environment is drastically evolving, and there is a need to incorporate new technology, such as the application of eLearning, to overcome the challenge.
